The tiny house is simply but comfortably furnished and features a double bed and a cosy seating area by the window. Thanks to the surrounding windows and the warm wooden interior, the accommodation feels bright, inviting and relaxing. It is a wonderful place to read a book after a day outside or to plan your next adventure.

Tiny House Koolmees does not have its own kitchen or bathroom. Guests can use the shared campsite kitchen for cooking and the campsite sanitary building for toilets and showers, located only a short walk from the tiny house.

Outside you will find a terrace where you can sit and enjoy the relaxed and green atmosphere of the campsite.

Our campsite is located in the quiet village of Oudesluis, surrounded by the beautiful North Holland countryside. From here you can enjoy wonderful cycling and walking routes through wide open polders, flower fields and charming villages. The coast and lively towns such as Schagen and Callantsoog are also within easy reach.

Tiny House Koolmees is located in the quiet rural village of Oudesluis, in the wide open polder landscape of the northern part of North Holland. Here you can still experience true peace, space and panoramic views over fields and waterways. The area is perfect for long cycling and walking routes along dikes, canals and picturesque villages.

Within a short drive you can reach the wide sandy beaches of Callantsoog and Julianadorp aan Zee, where you can enjoy the sea, the dunes and fresh coastal air. In spring, the surrounding flower bulb fields colour the landscape beautifully, creating a unique atmosphere during your stay. Charming towns such as Schagen and Den Helder are also nearby for shopping, culture or a visit to the harbour.

Camping Oudesluis – Small-scale camping near the sea

Camping Oudesluis is a friendly, small-scale and affordable campsite where peace and space are central. Located just outside the busy coastal areas but only 10 kilometres from the beach, sea and dunes, it is the perfect base for a relaxing stay.

Within 10 minutes you can have your feet in the sand. There are no traffic jams or crowded boulevards here – every beach entrance offers spacious free parking and wide, clean beaches where you can truly enjoy nature.

At the same time, everything is surprisingly close. From Alkmaar, you can reach the campsite in about 20 minutes. As soon as you arrive, you leave the busy Randstad behind and your holiday can truly begin.
