    Schönes Haus in einem ruhigen grünen Park. Mit Fahrrad alles gut zu erreichen.

  2. Für Hundehalter mit kleinen Hunden ist der Garten gut eingezäunt- ansonsten ist der Zaun im vordere Bereich viel zu niedrig und auch ab einigen Stellen kaputt. Der Garten ist uneinsehbar und man hat seine Ruhe, ansonsten allerdings sehr vernachlässigt- mit ein wenig Arbeit und vernünftigen Gartenmöbeln wäre hier eine Menge rauszuholen, vor allem da man den ganzen Tag Sonne hat. Also wäre auch eine ordentliche Beschattung angebracht . Von außen ist das Haus mit Sicherheit das schäbigste im ganzen Park, innen ist es ok für ein Ferienhaus. Im großen Ganzen kann man dort ungestört seine Tage verbringen.
