Wir hatten ein Haus extra mit Garten gemietet, leider wurde der Rasen vor und hinter dem Haus sehr lange nicht mehr gemäht. Deswegen konnten wir den Garten an diesen Tagen nicht nutzen. Es wurde unsererseits darauf aufmerksam gemacht und die Vermieter versuchten einen Gärtner zu organisieren. Nach drei Tagen wurde der Rasen endlich gemäht, nur leider wurden die Mengen an Grünschnitt auf dem Rasen liegen gelassen. Da wir nur eine Woche dort waren, sind drei Tage ohne Gartennutzung viel. Daraufhin haben wir über WhatsApp (die Nr. ist auf der Homepage angegeben) um eine Mietminderung gebeten. Leider haben wir bis heute keine Antwort erhalten.

Tolle Unterkunft in einer perfekten Lage zum Strand und zum Supermarkt. Das Haus ist gemütlich mit bequemen Betten. Super Aufteilung mit wunderbaren Wohnzimmer und einem wildromantischen Garten. Sehr ruhig gelegen und top Parkmöglichkeiten.

Das Haus Picobello bedarf einer Sanierung. Die Dachrinne ist abgefallen, das Gartenhaus ist optisch in einem schlechten Zustand und der Garten ist ungepflegt. Ansonsten ist das Haus sehr schön. Es war alles vorhanden, Sonnenliegen, Grill usw.
