Welcome to our beautiful holiday home located in the picturesque village of Groote Keeten, near Callantsoog. This unique residence is located in the middle of the dunes and offers an unforgettable holiday experience. You have never had such a nice walk to the beach!
A heavenly sandy beach and cozy pavilion
Groote Keeten is known for its breathtaking wide sandy beach, where you can enjoy the beautiful coastline. Within walking distance of the holiday home you will find a cozy pavilion, where you can enjoy a delicious meal or refreshing drink. But if you walk a little to the right, you will soon discover that the beach is all your own. That is truly unique!
A walk through the dunes to the beach
From the garden of our holiday home you can walk to the beach via the adjacent shell path through the dunes. A short walk and you will find your feet in the sand or even in the sea! The garden around the house is beautifully landscaped and offers plenty of opportunity to enjoy the sun. Moreover, the garden can be completely closed off, which makes your stay with children and/or dog worry-free.
A comfortable and cozy interior
The holiday home has a separate kitchen with an adjacent living room. Through the living room you reach the first floor, where there are three bedrooms and a renovated bathroom. The two rear bedrooms offer a beautiful view over the extensive dunes of Groote Keeten. Here you can wake up every morning to the sound of the sea and enjoy the breathtaking landscape.

Der Urlaub war super und die Unterkunft für unsere Familienkonstellation perfekt. Auch der eingezäunte Hof mit Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten und auch der Dünenzugang direkt hinter dem Haus, hat uns sehr gefallen. Auch die Parkplatzfläche war toll. Wenn es etwas zu verbessern gäbe, dann eigentlich nur, dass die eine oder andere Spinnenwebe hätte entfernt werden und dass die Fenster der Hauseingangstür hätten sauberer sein können. Auch fehlte eine Aufhängung im Backofen für den Rost, sodass der Rost kippelt. Ein Backblech wäre auch schön gewesen. Als Tipp würden wir mitteilen, dass die Badtüre im EG einmal geölt werden könnte. Sie quietscht ordentlich. ;-) Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Die Unterkunft ist wunderbar. Wir bedanken uns für die unkomplizierte Abwicklung und sagen "bis zum nächsten Mal".

Kleines Ferienhaus direkt an der Straße aber auch direkt an den Dünen zum Strand. Das Haus ist in sehr gutem Zustand, schön eingerichtet und hat alles was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Schöner Außenbereich. Das Parken am Haus gestaltet sich unkompliziert und großzügig. Wir waren im April vor Ort (geschlossene Fenster). Wir können das Haus empfehlen!

Tolle Unterkunft für einen Kurzurlaub. Perfekte Lage, 10min Fußweg zum Strand und Dünen. Ruhig und gemütlich. Genau das Richtige, um abzuschalten. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Und haben uns in dem kleinen Häuschen sehr wohl gefühlt. Im Dorf Grote Keetenngibt es nicht viel ein Restaurant mot wirklich gutem Essen und ein Strandbistro.

eine sehr schön gelegene unterkunft. sehr schöne aussenanlage, schönes haus mit guter ausstattung. angehnehme entfernung zum strand. tolle parkmöglichkeit für mehr als ein auto. wir (4 erwachsene +1 kind 2 jahre) haben den aufenthalt sehr genossen. einziger nachteil ist die recht steile treppe zum oberen stockwerk da wir dadurch gut auf das kind aufpassen mussten das es die treppe nicht alleine benutzt. wir würden und werden es wieder buchen.

Prachtige ligging van het huisje, vlakbij het strand. Super fijn! Huisje is te klein voor 6 personen, er zijn wel 3 slaapkamers maar het is krap en badkamer boven is erg klein. Beneden wel een ruime mooie badkamer. Op de website staat dat de tuin omheind is en de hond los kan lopen maar onze hond had meteen een doorgang gevonden door de struiken en stond op straat! Daardoor kon de achterdeur niet open blijven staan. In de keuken hangt geen zonwering zodat alles wat op de aanrecht staat, eten b.v., in de zon staat.( en de zon scheen de hele week) ☀️😀
