The appartment has a very good size and ist very close to the beach an Shops. It was disappointing that it is quite old and requires some renovation and deep cleaning. Service though was good!

Tolle Lage und sehr gute Größe für 4 Personen. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage zu klein, so dass wir diesen nicht nutzen konnten. Die Wohnung ist einfach ausgestattet, die Beleuchtung innerhalb sehr schwach. Ein ehemaliger Wasserschaden ist noch an den Wänden zu sehen ( an manchen Stellen bröckelt der Putz). Großer Balkon mit Blick auf die Dünen:)

Die Lage der Wohnung ist unschlagbar und die Wohnung selbst sehr geräumig. Sehr großer Balkon mit ausreichend Möbeln. Die Möbel im Wohnzimmer und Küche wirkten schon ein klein wenig abgewohnt. Die Couch allerdings war neu und sehr gemütlich. Alles in allem haben wir uns wohl gefühlt. Die Betreuung durch den Vermietungsservice war sehr gut und super freundlich😇

Lage und Preis/Leistung zu dieser Jahreszeit (Februar 2024) waren ausschlaggebend für 10 erholsame Tage mit viel frischer Luft und langen Standspaziergängen. Auch die nähere Umgebung (Alkmaar, Volendam) sind immer eine Tour wert. Es hat uns und unserer Gesundheit sehr gut getan. Die Tiefgarage mit Lift ist ein Traum!!!

Wir lieben Callantsoog, den schönen Strand, die langen Spaziergänge, die sehr hundefreundlichen Menschen. Im Appartement vom Wijde Blick findet man alles, was man braucht für einen gelungenen Urlaub, und man ist direkt am Meer. Und da wir immer ausserhalb der Sommersaison kommen, ist es sehr angenehm, dass Heizung und warmes Wasser immer gut funktionieren. Das war diesmal beim Aufzug leider nicht der Fall, aber das war hoffentlich ein einmaliges Problem (von ein paar Tagen).

Die Wohnung an sich ist schön und hat für unseren Kurzurlaub ausgereicht. Trotzdem hatte sie einige Makel, die uns gestört haben. Das Geschirr müsste ausgetauscht werden, weil es wirklich in die Jahre gekommen ist und überall Abplatzungen aufweist . Die Gartenmöbel auf dem Balkon sind nicht dem Bild entsprechend. Vorhanden war eine Lounge aus Metall, welches vollkommen verrostet war, so dass man Angst haben musste, dass die Kleidung versaut. Das innenliegende Schlafzimmer gleicht leider einer Dunkelkammer, da die Lampe, die sich dort befand, den Raum gar nicht ausleuchten konnte. Leider war dort auch der einzige Spiegel der Wohnung. Es ist Putz von den Wänden gebröckelt und nicht ausgebessert worden. Ich finde das sehr schade, denn man sollte sich ja wie zu Hause fühlen und dann freut man sich darüber, wenn eine Wohnung mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet ist. Hier hatte man leider das Gefühl, es wurden ausgediente Möbel benutzt.
