Insgesamt handelt es sich um eine sehr schöne Wohnung. Etwas weniger Deko (über 40 maritime Gehänge an den Wänden...und noch mehr....) würde reichen. Die Lage der Wohnung in der Anlage ist ideal; sie liegt in der zweiten Reihe am Teich und ist daher sehr ruhig, so dass wir uns wunderbar erholen konnten. Auf der Terrasse fehlte uns ein Sonnenschirm und leider mussten wir melden, dass die Fensterrahmen unten an der Schiebetür sehr schmutzig waren und auch an der Dusche die Gummiabdichtungen nicht sauber schienen. Wenn das kontrolliert und korrigiert wird, können wir (2 Frauen und ein Hund) die Wohnung absolut empfehlen. ....und noch eine Idee zur Optimierung: an der Garderobe hängt der Spiegel zu hoch, dass wir mit 1,64 cm Größe ihn nicht nutzen konnten.

Wir haben die Weihnachtszeit an der Nordseeküste sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und wir konnten uns wohlfühlen. Leider funktionieren die Heizkörper im 2. Schlafzimmer nicht, aber sonst war es in der Wohnung gemütlich warm. Die Küche bietet alles, was man benötigt. Im Badezimmer wäre es schön, einen Fön zu ergänzen. Wir haben uns gefreut, dass wir unseren Hund mit in die Wohnung bringen konnten. Danke dafür.
